Cancellations / Transfers
For In-Class Courses under $225.00 Active Alliance First Aid requires 5 business days to cancel your registration, for a full refund subject to a $10 cancellation fee. Between five (5) and two (2) business days prior to course, no refunds will be given, but participants may change the dates of their course without penalty. Two (2) or fewer days before the course, no refunds will be given and date changes will be subject to a $25.00 administration fee. Cancellations may be made by phone or email. Date changes are subject to availability within 30 days of original course date.
For In-Class Courses $225.00 and over (does not include Partial On-Line Courses): Cancellations made fifteen (15) business days prior to course may receive a full refund if course materials have not been given out. A $50.00 transfer fee will be charged in all transfers and is subject to the program facilitators discretion and course availability. If a cancellation is made less than fifteen (15) business days with no medical reason (note may be requested) all fees will be forfeit. No-shows will automatically forfeit all fees.
If Active Alliance First Aid cancels a course the participant will receive a full refund or may reschedule for a later date. Active Alliance First Aid Training will notify participants by email of any changes.
Late or No Arrival
If arriving late the participant may not be allowed entry into class and may forfeit the full course fee. If the participant does not show up to the course, or has not made arrangements prior to the course date to reschedule, he/she forfeits all fees. Extenuating circumstances may be exempt and is at the instructors’ discretion.
Active Alliance First Aid collects your phone number and email address for registration and certification purposes. Active Alliance First Aid will not willingly share personal data with any third parties other than those required for the certification process.
